Anton Kaminsky’s Prior Experience worked at Bochetto & Lentz, P.C. for five years litigating large and small disputes before opening his own practice, Kaminsky Law, LLC.
Mr. Kaminsky has worked in several financial roles on Wall Street and gained over a decade of experience working for small businesses, financial firms, and hedge funds. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Kaminsky held FINRA Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses, traded equities, and worked at a hedge fund where he evaluated complex investment strategies and interviewed top hedge fund managers to decide how to allocate the fund’s money
Mr. Kaminsky obtained his bachelors degree in finance from Penn State University and an additional finance and banking certificate from the Swiss Finance Academy.
After more than ten years in finance and banking, Mr. Kaminsky obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and joined the Philadelphia-based litigation firm Bochetto & Lentz.
While at Bochetto & Lentz, Mr. Kaminsky worked on various types of small business and employment litigation representing both employers and employees in wage claims, discrimination claims, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower, and enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Mr. Kaminsky also helped litigate and settle complex partnership disputes and breakups and obtained favorable results, agreements, and settlements for his clients.
Anton Kaminsky enjoys working with small and growing businesses and helping entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses. Kaminsky Law represents and advises several multi-million dollar businesses as outside general counsel. He also works with small businesses to resolve their intellectual property disputes, obtain specific performance for purchases of commercial real estate, and resolve employee and vendor disputes for multi-million dollar Philadelphia based corporations.
Anton Kaminsky’s Recent Wins
Shareholder Oppression: Obtained injunctive relief in Bucks County for a shareholder that was improperly excluded and frozen out of his business by a disgruntled business partner.
Failure to Pay Overtime and Bonuses: Negotiated payment of overtime, and owed bonuses for an employee that was demoted and pushed out of a company in their unlawful effort to avoid paying overtime and commissions.
Employer Negligence and Defamation: Obtained a large six figure settlement comprised of several years of salary and benefits for an employee that was thrown under the bus and used as a scapegoat by her employer.
Cemetery Negligence: Negotiated a six figure settlement as well as new additional non-monetary consideration for a client from a cemetery for the improper burial of his father and the inability to bury his mother in her intended burial location.
Conversion of Property: Obtained a verdict in the Philadelphia Court of Common pleas for a small business client to recover the entire value of converted property plus an award of the attorney’s fees the small business had to expend to obtain the verdict.
