Updated response - well, you took quite a bit of time for your response here, yet there was no response to the potential client. A person has a right to file a lawsuit, even when there is little chance of winning - you are getting paid nonetheless so what does it matter? You might actually learn something new and help somebody in the process. Apparently, negative reviews are removed. This firm does not return calls. It happened to me and someone else that I know. Even when you state that you want to file a court case immediately. Don't call us, we will call you (if we think we can make tons of money from you, or you are a friend or family) - right, Rebecca? To me, that is just disrespectful when someone needs your assistance. Just say no upfront. Why keep someone hanging? That is plain disrespectful to others.

absolutely a horrible law group I would not recommend working with them as their professionalism seems to be lacking when I’ve asked numerous times on the phone to speak to a legal attorney from this firm to ask a general quick question. They wanted to sit there and give me a lot of pushback and be nothing but trouble I would not want to work with a firm that doesn’t seem just to respect my wishes as I asked to speak to somebody in the Attorney side of things I was not trying to become a client of theirs right away. I was trying to start at least a filing and I wanted to ask the attorney a general question about it and seeing about certain things that could’ve been helpful for me to be able to get things started Again, I would not recommend this law firm at all the lady that answered the Phone seems to not know how to follow very simple instructions as to forward me to the attorney’s voicemail or give me an email to correspond with them with the question I had.

Talk about making the best of a bad situation! I’m pretty sure most people hope they never have to hire a lawyer… but in this case, I’m sure glad I did! And very happy it was Mr. Kaminsky!!!!
