Litigation Attorneys Minutes from the Philadelphia Courts

Kaminsky Law’s Philadelphia office sits in Center City, a short ride from Philadelphia City Hall, the Court of Common Pleas, and the federal courthouse at the James A. Byrne U.S. Courthouse. When your dispute is being litigated in Philadelphia County or the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, our attorneys are already where your case is.

We meet clients at our Lombard Street office by appointment. Most of our clients today prefer to start with a phone or Zoom consultation — it’s faster, it’s free, and it lets us review your documents on screen together. When an in-person meeting makes sense, we’ll schedule it at whichever office is more convenient for you: Center City or our Bucks County office in Southampton.

What We Handle from Our Philadelphia Office

Our Philadelphia litigation practice covers the same matters we’re known for throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey:

      • Employment claims — unpaid wages and overtime, discrimination, retaliation, and non-compete disputes

Our attorneys appear regularly in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the surrounding county courts.

    Getting Here

By SEPTA: The office is near the Lombard–South station on the Broad Street Line, with multiple bus routes serving the 16th and Lombard area.

Parking: Metered street parking is available on Lombard and surrounding streets, with paid lots and garages nearby in Center City.

From the suburbs: Most clients reach us via I-76 or I-95. If Center City is inconvenient, our Southampton office in Bucks County offers free on-site parking.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our attorneys split their time between our Philadelphia and Bucks County offices and the courts, so all meetings at our Lombard Street office are scheduled in advance. Call us or fill out our contact form and we’ll set a time that works for you.

No. Consultations are free and most clients start by phone or Zoom. If your matter is better discussed in person — or you simply prefer it — we’re happy to meet you at either office.

Yes. We regularly represent out-of-state clients in Pennsylvania business disputes, shareholder litigation, and other matters in PA state and federal courts. Distance is not an obstacle — we handle consultations, document review, and case updates virtually, and we appear in court on your behalf.

Do your best to create a chronological outline, and gather the relevant documents (digital or in paper) — agreements, emails, messages, photographs, anything that supports your story.  Don’t hesitate to email what you have to our intake staff, it helps us review your case and be ready for our first call or meeting.

Our lawyers are admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and in the federal courts of both states, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. We primarily litigate in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties.

Nothing. Consultations are free, whether by phone, Zoom, or in person.
