The Southampton office is where Kaminsky Law was built — our main office and the heart of the firm’s day-to-day work. From Buck Road we represent small businesses and individuals throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and the greater Philadelphia region, in matters ranging from shareholder and partnership disputes to employment claims, contract litigation, personal injury, and cemetery and funeral home negligence.
Unlike a Center City high-rise, our Southampton office is easy: free parking outside the door, no garages, no meters, and no city traffic. Many of our clients from Philadelphia choose to meet here for exactly that reason — and for everyone else, consultations by phone or Zoom are always available.
From Southampton, our attorneys regularly appear in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in Doylestown, the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Norristown, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Our most significant courtroom result started right here in Bucks County — a $2.5 million shareholder oppression verdict for a wrongfully expelled minority owner, affirmed by the Pennsylvania Superior Court in March 2026.
Our Bucks and Montgomery County clients come from Southampton, Holland, Richboro, Churchville, Feasterville-Trevose, Warminster, Warrington, Newtown, Yardley, Doylestown, Huntingdon Valley, Willow Grove, Horsham, Abington, Hatboro, Bensalem, and the surrounding communities — as well as Northeast Philadelphia, just minutes down the road.
By car: The office is on Buck Road (Route 532) in Southampton is accessible from I95, the PA Turnpike, Route 1, Street Road (Route 132), County Line Road, and Route 232.
Parking: Free on-site parking is available directly at the office.
