Mr. Dudeck is a practical, precise, highly experienced and well-regarded civil litigation attorney
who has successfully handled hundreds of cases for over twenty years in and outside of
numerous trial courts, orphan’s courts, surrogate’s courts and appellate courts in both
Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His years of tried and tested experience, his expertise in the
rules of evidence and the rules of civil procedure and his in-depth substantive knowledge of the
law in his areas of practice combine to provide his clients with focused, efficient and effective
representation no matter what the circumstances.

Mr. Dudeck’s extensive experience in litigating, negotiating and resolving disputes has been on
all points on the spectrum. From trials and appeals, through arbitrations and mediations and,
not uncommonly, even down telephone calls and informal meetings with opposing counsel. Mr.
Dudeck regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of disputes related
to complex business litigation, consumer protection law, contract drafting and disputes,
shareholder, partner and member litigation and real estate litigation.

A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Mr. Dudeck received his undergraduate degree in English
and history from the University of Scranton and made his home in the Philadelphia suburbs after
receiving his law degree from Temple University.

Mr. Dudeck is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as
well as the federal courts of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

When not practicing law, Mr. Dudeck enjoys spending time at home with his family and pets,
landscaping, gardening, fishing, home improvement, music and sports.
