Jake O’Donnell joined Kaminsky Law in 2024 and is currently licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. O’Donnell, originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, is a lifelong Pennsylvanian, obtaining his undergraduate degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
From the beginning of law school, Mr. O’Donnell knew he wanted to practice business litigation. While studying at Temple Mr. O’Donnell obtained his Business Law Certificate and earned credits working with the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center where he assisted small businesses in navigating complex legal issues. He also clerked for a Federal Judge on the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board where he worked on federal employment discrimination cases.
After graduating law school in 2022, Mr. O’Donnell was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and joined a firm representing the City of Philadelphia litigating tax matters. There, Mr. O’Donnell quickly gained experience as a litigator handling hundreds of cases from beginning to end and appearing in the Court of Common Pleas weekly.
After Joining Kaminsky Law, Mr. O’Donnell has focused primarily on business litigation matters, small business representation, contract disputes, and cemetery and funeral home negligence.
Mr. O’Donnell’s prior experience in business law, and in front of the court, has helped him quickly achieve his goal of practicing business litigation and assisting businesses big and small.
